What you should know about me

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Givepact, a crypto fundraising platform for nonprofits launching in spring 2023.

I’m also the Innocence Project’s first Digital Engagement Director and since 2015 have led the organization in exponential audience growth, revenue, and advocacy including campaigns that helped stop the executions of Melissa Lucio, Pervis Payne, and Rodney Reed. I’ve led the team to a dozen awards including the Webby’s, Shorty’s, Telly’s, and the Clarence B. Jones Impact Award.

I’m a 2020 Council for Urban Professionals Fellow and in 2019, was recognized as Negocios Now 40 Under 40 class in New York City.

I developed people-centered storytelling skills on President Barack Obama’s 2012 election campaign and in MSNBC’s newsroom. I graduated from Brown University in 2011. I was raised by my mother Adela Cepeda, a Colombian-American and finance executive, alongside my sisters Alexis and Laura in Chicago. In 1995, my father Albert Maule, a well-regarded attorney and civic leader, passed away from cancer. My great-grand father Corneal A. Davis was the longest serving black member in the Illinois House of Representatives. Check out my work and media.
